Eisen|Letunic is assisting in the update of the Contra Costa Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. The plan is being updated to address changes in funding programs; MTC's new "routine accommodation" requirements; recent improvements to the county's pedestrian and bicycle networks; and more-general changes within the county.
