Environmental Planning
As a complement to our work in smart growth and sustainable transportation, we help create healthier communities through environmental protection. We have conducted research and analysis projects in areas as diverse as stormwater management, air-quality-beneficial land use development, “green” infrastructure, and CEQA thresholds of significance. Clients of our environmental practice include the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District and the cities of Oakland and San Francisco.
