Eisen|Letunic managed the LEED-ND (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development) certification for this proposed 3,200 housing unit compact, mixed-use development in southern Napa County. This work entailed coordinating the work of ten architectural, engineering, transportation and environmental science firms to produce a complete and organized submittal package for this complex project.
